You may give forum link out to everyone and anyone who wants to play ECO.
PERMISSIONS FOR JOINING
Only Admin is allowed to validate accounts.
Unless u know the person beforehand or see their post at on9g forums and u recognize the person who registered in inactive users list DO NOT VALIDATE them.
They have to register in Apply to Join Carte Blanche forums first so we don't get confused about who we're letting into the ring.

However, I know some of u are concerned about plans and such not being kept private. So I'm going to tell u what forums r private to guests and what forums are private to members. That way, both members and admins can be aware of what to post and where.

The Handbook - can be viewed by guest, member, admin
Work Bulletin Board - threads can be read by member, admin
